How to read the table
3 things that really matter.
Spec sheets tell you everything, as long as you know what to look for. Here are the 3 lines our advisors read first.
Pocket coils
Each coil is wrapped on its own: it responds by itself, without passing motion to its neighbour. The count is for queen size, from 744 (Levis, Impulsion) to 1,092 (Ricardo, Legacy).
Height and top
From 9 in to 14 in. The Euro top (pillow top) adds a comfort layer sewn on top; the tight top gives a tauter, so firmer, surface. Only the Legacy is a hybrid, with 2 in of gel-infused memory foam.
The manufacturer’s warranty
5 years (Levis, prorated), 10 years (Impulsion, Essentiel, Ricardo) or 15 years (Legacy). It is void if the mattress is stained, hence the mattress protector, recommended but never required. The legal warranty always applies on top.
