The online advice saves you from trying everything. The store does the rest: 4 models on display, an advisor, and all the time you need.
- Try the suggested model, then its neighbour
On our feel scale, each model has a firmer or a more cradling neighbour. Compare the two, in your usual sleep position.
- Lie down for 10 minutes
Not 30 seconds sitting on the edge. 10 minutes, on your side or your back, like at home. The advisor keeps their distance, no pressure.
- Take it home, or have it delivered
All 5 mattresses are rolled: take yours home free the same day, based on store stock. Otherwise, delivery to your bedroom is $60 within 30 km, timing confirmed at purchase.
- 100 nights to exchange your mattress
From night 30 up to night 100, an exchange for another model in the range ($79 transport). A stained mattress can’t be exchanged: a mattress protector is recommended, never required.
