5 years (Levis, prorated), 10 years (Impulsion, Essentiel, Ricardo), 15 years (Legacy), from delivery. Void if the mattress is stained, soiled, folded, wet or used without proper support; the Québec legal warranty always applies.
After at least 30 nights and up to the 100th, 1 exchange for another model in the range. $79 for transport; price difference payable if any. A stained mattress can’t be exchanged. It’s an exchange, not a refund.
Delivered to your bedroom for $60 within 30 km, timing confirmed at purchase (BonPrix rates beyond that). All 5 mattresses are rolled: take yours home free on the day of purchase. Old mattress pickup and recycling: $25.

No. The mattress unrolls in a few minutes and regains its full shape within 24 hours. The construction, pocket coils and warranty are the same as a mattress delivered flat; it’s just easier to take home in a car.
Yes. All 5 mattresses are rolled and fit in most cars; take-home is free on the day of purchase, depending on store stock. Impulsion, Essentiel, Ricardo and Legacy are also on display so you can try them first.
Sleep on it for at least 30 nights. If the feel isn’t right for you, exchange it once for another model in the range, up to the 100th night. Allow $79 for transport and the price difference, if any. It’s an exchange, not a refund; a stained or soiled mattress can’t be exchanged.
Manufacturer’s warranty: 5 years prorated for the Levis, 10 years for the Impulsion, Essentiel and Ricardo, 15 years for the Legacy, from delivery. It’s void if the mattress is stained or soiled. Your rights under Québec’s Consumer Protection Act, including the warranty of reasonable durability, apply in addition and are never excluded.
$60 for delivery to your bedroom within 30 km of one of our stores, timing confirmed at purchase; BonPrix rates apply beyond that. Old mattress pickup and recycling: $25. A size not in stock takes 7 to 10 days.
