10-year Excelsior warranty: the protector and your mattress
- Stains on the protector: covered for 10 years, if they stay after washing.
- Manufacturing defects in the protector: covered for 10 years.
- Stains on your mattress: covered for 10 years, if the protector is bought at the same time as the mattress, from the same retailer.
- 30-night trial: if you don’t like it, Excelsior refunds the suggested retail price, with proof of purchase.
Conditions: report the stain within 14 days, wash the protector as the label says and use it at all times. Bleach, normal wear and commercial use are not covered. Excelsior service: 1-800-661-7313, excelsiorservice.com.
Before you buy.
Standard fit for a mattress up to 11.5 in (Essentiel, Impulsion, Levis), deep fit up to 16 in (Legacy, Ricardo). On each mattress page, the right fit is chosen for you.
A stain voids the mattress manufacturer’s warranty and the 100-night exchange. Bought at the same time, from us, the Excelsior protector also covers stains on the mattress for 10 years.
Machine wash as the label says. After a spill, wash and dry it as soon as possible: it is a warranty condition.
